Join us at Roots on June 2 at 6 PM for a class all about meal prepping with Health Coach, Cassy Anderson. We’ll cover how to cook, prep and measure out jasmine rice, ground beef, and veggies along with a "no-dough" pizza dish that will be available for a pre-order in the size of a casserole dish (family size). Learn how to count macros, weigh out your food, and prep to reach your goals!
Everyone in attendance will receive one macro-friendly meal prep container of rice, ground beef, and assorted veggies, a recipe for a dressing/sauce to mix with it and one portion of the pizza bake.
